Ashley’s Quality Care, Inc. is dedicated to providing the highest quality home care services in Chicagoland and its surrounding suburban areas.
Under the Leadership of Ms. Frankie J. Redditt, AQC has been providing skilled quality care services since 1991. Our organization has experienced phenomenal growth over that period. What started as a small company with only four employees, now is a major healthcare contributor.
AQC’s solid reputation for providing quality home care has helped to establish the company as one of the finest in the state.
We provide services to all patients regardless of Race, Color, National Origin, or Handicap in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1963.
History of Ashley’s Quality Care
In 1991, Ms. Frankie J. Redditt was given a vision by the Lord to provide quality in-home services to mentally and physically challenged individuals, to maintain, strengthen and safeguard the ability of these individuals to function in their own homes; afford a sense of dignity, pride and independence to them.
With the help of friends and other professional advisors, Ashley’s Quality Care, Inc. was incorporated on March 19, 1991. Ashley’s Quality Care, Inc. applied for the only in-home service contract with the State of Illinois and was awarded the contract out of about 300 other proposals submitted.
On November 1, 1991 Ashley’s opened its doors to the community with an office staff of four and three clients. Ashley’s had a slow start with no money and no support, but Ms. Redditt refused to give up. 2017 marks over 25 years of providing dedicated service to thousands of clients in the Chicago-land area and surrounding suburbs.
As one of the leading female, minority owned agencies in the home care industry, Ashley’s Quality Care, Inc. currently employs over 450 homemakers from a diverse population and has an administrative staff of 25. Ashley’s has also hosted a summer work experience for high school students to give them experience in the corporate work environment.
We provide services throughout the Metropolitan Chicago land area, including outlying suburbs. There are currently two office locations – the headquarters office, which is located in the near-south loop area of Chicago and a satellite office in Homewood, Illinois.
As “The Journey Continues,” our goal is to expand our operational base to include programs that will enhance the overall quality of life for our constituents by providing home health care services, respite care, increased private duty and gainful employment of individuals. Also, additional support will be given to the non-profit expansion, Ashley’s Helping Hands, in it’s endeavors of community services.
